About the project

Louise Magoon, R.N., M.S.N., provides advocacy, education and support for families of aging adults. She helps assess heir health, assist with doctor’s visitis, provides transportation, and even provides home visits. She wanted a site that was warm and welcoming, and made it easy to navigate the services that she provides.
